SENIOR ACCOUNTANT IN K.M. TRADING Co. LLC, UAE- 06-Sept’08-06-Jun’20 JOB PROFILE:

Update accounts payable, reconcile invoices with PO’s, facilitate and release payments to the supplier’s as per company policy.

Prepare, issue and keep track of PDCs, cheques and payment vouchers in accordance to key contractual terms

Update accounts receivable, perform aging and follow up with clients on a timely basis.

Arrange cash reconciliations and collection with cash officer from retail stores.

Prepare and submit internal reports on a weekly/monthly basis to management. Reports include sales, inventory, COGS, payroll, expenses, payables, receivables etc.

Coordinate with the external auditors through corporate accounts team by providing requested documents and samples at the time of internal audit.

Journalize and recording of back end revenues like Display Rentals, Promotion support.

Reconciliation of credit card payments and allocating expenses to proper accounts.

Prepares petty cash, asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Finalization of financial statements.
