Acting Supervisor Duties:

1. Meeting of daily shift production targets

2. Supervise operators in all 5 reactors operations 3. Issuing work permits General Permits, Hot Permits and Confined Space Permits. 4. Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance

5. Ensuring the product is manufactured to the required specification, reporting any deviations and assisting investigations of any deviations. 6. Taking a lead role in the development and review of standard operating procedures. 7. Leading the training and mentoring of operators and assisting production management in carrying out reactor room competency assessments. 8. Ensure that your team is well trained and developed in order to function effectively. 9. Supports the team in order to meet objectives and established schedules 10. Ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping the maintained at all times. 11. Ensuring the compliance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems (for example undertaking scale calibration checks as per ISO 9001 procedures), SOPs and SHE Procedures and Standards.

12. Ensuring that plant and equipment is kept in safe and efficient working order, reporting any defects and ensuring actions are followed to completion. 13. 1. Operates reactors in line as per manufacturing instructions and log sheets, on a continual basis ensuring that all charging, additives and adjustments are done timeously and all relevant samples are taken.

2. Manufacturing product within specification to meet the production plan requirements.

3. Ensuring a clean, healthy and safe environmentally-friendly process at all times. Ensuring that housekeeping in the Reactor room is carried out to acceptable Company standards.

4. Abides by the Company ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems (for example undertaking scale calibration checks as per ISO 9001 procedures), SOPs and SHE Procedures and Standards.

5. Ensuring that plant and equipment is kept in safe and efficient working order for the required standards for production, daily.
