Responsibilities at SIEMENS include:

Designing Power Transmission Systems (PTS) like Industrial Gear boxes and its parts, Transmission shafts, Inline speed reducers, Plenurex, etc. using UG NX 12 & CAD click.

Layout preparation & draw all internal components of gear boxes for Bucket elevator, screw conveyors, chain conveyor and belt conveyor. Modeling of fabricated Gearbox for manufacturing process & Pattern development of Gearbox casing.

Analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations supporting design including FEA.

Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.

Preparing different types of process documents including Standards Operations Procedures (SOPs), Bill of Material (BOM), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
