Variable displacement Pump (VDP) is a device that converts mechanical energy to hydraulic (fluid) energy. The displacement, or amount of fluid per revolution of the pump’s input shaft can be varied while pump is running.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling Projects in NPD ( Pumps ). 2. Responsible for BOM, PFLOW,PFMEA for the NPD Project. 3. Responsible Facility creation for the NPD Project. 4. Co-ordinate with materials team for unique part readiness. 5. Circulating discussed points (Minutes of Meetings) to all team members to facilitate them to execute the discussed points.

6. Continuous follow up for Product development team, Material procurement team, and supplier till project successfully handover to production team.

7. To work with Supplier for the facility creation (fixtures, tools and gauges) for the new product Development.

8. Responsible to Assess and Review suppliers

9. Responsible for Purchase request in SAP.
