• Resolving Technical discrepancies rise on Site in consultation with seniors.

• Issuing Punch list on job completion and closing Punch list for final completion and handing over to client.

• Inspect structure with reference to various tolerances and specifications and also ensure usage of appropriate Material sections, Fasteners and Consumables being used.

• Ensure that Qualified Welders, WPS & PQR are used to perform tasks and NDT(UT, RT & MPI) requirements are fulfilled as per ITP.

• Checking prepared fabrication drawings with reference to engineering drawings and getting it approved from client.

• Coordinating with subcontractors QC and ensuring construction in line with drawings, specifications and schedules

• Coordinating with subcontractors and ensure construction of Jack-up Barge in line with IRS approved drawings, specifications and schedules.

• Following up with IRS for approval of materials and Inspection as per ITP.

• Charting out cutting schedule for fabrication works to minimize wastage.

• Securing necessary materials and resources for timely completion of tasks.

• Coordinating with QC staff for scheduling inspections following completion of assigned tasks & following up with consultants for resolving technical discrepancies encountered during execution.

• Checking the contractor bills, supporting documents and measurement sheets & preparing daily reports, joint measurement records and monthly R.A. bills & reconciliation statements
