Basic job functions: Plans, implements, controls, and directs the Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Provider Credentialing programs for the USFHP (a federally contracted benefits administrator of the Tricare Prime benefit for the Department of Defense) with direct budgetary responsibility for these three programs.
