Good day!

I am applying for the position of Customer Service

Representative based on your published post on

LinkedIn. I saw that you were looking for someone to take good and professional care for your customers and I am a perfect fit for that role.

While in college, I worked with Hilton Hotels and

Verizon Customer Care Team in contact centers here in the Philippines where I assisted customers with their queries, both technical and product-related, and offered upgrades to their services, on all

platforms - chat, email and phone calls. Post-

graduation, I have worked with UnitedHealthcare for 2 years and helped their members with their health insurance eligibility as a Benefits Advocate where I assisted members with their insurance questions,

claim/s inquiries, and more regarding their health insurance plan. I am an expert in customer service and I can learn new procedures quickly. My last role was a total of three years with an IT organization where I led a team of digital content reviewers. I have great rapport and confidence in speaking with IT

professionals and have basic to intermediate

knowledge in development and computer

engineering. Combining all the things I learned from being a customer service representative and a leader for for almost years, I am very confident that I can be an asset to your team.

I have good eyes for details and I analyze problems, documents, and data the best way I can for me to
