I have been working in the food industry for approximately 25 years. In that time it has always been my goal to ensure that the customers are not only enjoying their food but the whole experience. Whether I'm in the bar, serving or working the kitchen, the customers experience is my priority.

I helped open the Bulldog and matured with the company. As a Bartender you also doubled as a server Most ate a Burger or a small plate while bellied up. I handled both opening and closing duties including being accountable for the drop at the end of the night.

During my time with restaurant Alma I was fortunate to work with a very experienced group of people including chef Alex Roberts who I learned so much from. One of my main duties was learning product knowledge from understanding how the food was sourced and raised and passing that along to the customer. Alma's is a neighborhood restaurant and building a good rapport with customers was an important part of my job.

I started at the 510 with little experience and through my time there I was fortunate to be able to learn many aspects of a successful restaurant. I learned everything from the basics like ensuring
food quality and consistency to making sure we exceeded our customers expectations with our customer service I was fortunate to begin my career at the 510 where I was able to learn all aspects of a restaurant from serving to hosting to being a line cook. During my time at 510 I matured and really learned to work as part of a team.
-I have an alternate career as a musician. Which has taken me all around three US and further. I'm excited to get back into the local food scene again. Thank you for your consideration.
