INTRODUCTION

I have significant experience in both the Federal Government (in DOD, and Civil Agencies) and in industry; planning, and conducting complex acquisition and program management initiatives.

I have worked in policy shops, and served as a warranted Contracting Officer for more than 13 years in four positions, supporting a very wide range of operational needs. My experience as a Contracting Officer includes more than 10 years with unlimited contracting authority. I am certified at FAC-C Level III and also as a Program Manager and COTR. I also have considerable experience as a logistician and operational manager in DOD, generally providing support to aviation units.
