Project: FCC Recycling Facility- Houston, TX

New construction of a 120,000-SF recycling facility which is a model for the

technological advancement and state of the art recycling facility.

Project Budget: $12 Millions

Responsibilities included:

Conducting meetings with the project’s stakeholders to finalize the project’s plans and drawings for executing the project.

Negotiating with the short-listed subcontractors to obtain the best and most comprehensive contracts to execute the project.

Coordinating and supervising the work taking place on site and making sure that the work is done in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and in accordance with the proper building codes and professionalism.

Following up with the town officials to obtain the proper work permit and periodic technical site inspections.

01/2014 to 01/2018 Senior Project Manager and Technical Consultant to the GM at Al Afandi

Establishment for Trade and Contracting –Jeddah/ KSA

Project: Al Buhairat City – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Al Buhairat City is a sea water-oriented resort, residential, recreational

prestigious development project fronting the Red Sea and located about 30

miles from Jeddah, the second largest city in the Kingdom of Saudi

Arabia. The area of the project is four squared km and has one kilometer

frontage on the Red Sea. The scope of this project is to build two

hundred sixty five high end residential villas.

Project budget: 620 Million Dollars

Responsibilities included:

Managing Al Buhayrat mega Residential Project where the scope of the project is to build two hundred sixty five high end residential villas, each having a view of the Red Sea.

Obtaining daily reports and feedback from the Site Engineers assigned to different zones and locations.

Playing a major role in assigning work policies and execution procedures to be implemented at site by all sub-contractors.

01/2011 to 01/2014 Construction Zone Manager at S.B. Group – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Project: Mega expansion of King Abdulaziz International Airport.

New construction of a huge commercial project constructed inside the existing

airport. The expansion included brand-new passenger terminal buildings, a 136

meter air traffic control (ATC) tower; the world’s largest ATC tower, airfield hard-

standing and paved areas, lighting, fuel network systems, electronic passenger

guidance system and storm water drainage network.

There is also a newly constructed support service building and upgrades to the existing runway and airfield system.

Project budget: 3.7 Billion Dollars

Responsibilities included:

Managing a major zone in the mega project of King Abdul-Aziz International Airport.

Handling the construction project's activities of many new aviation buildings constructed inside the existing airport boundaries.

Coordinating with all concerned parties including the Construction Management Group, Consultant, the Engineering Geotechnical Lab team, and the airport security to advance and facilitate the work process on site.

Supervising the construction work and conducting periodic site technical meetings with all the stakeholders involved in this project.

02/2002 to 01/2011 Projects Manager at Adobe Construction LLC – Hillsdale, new Jersey

Projects: included many residential and commercial projects such as

Luxurious villas, Embroidery Factory, Medical Center, Animal Hospital, Strip

Responsibilities included:

Following up and managing all the projects at hand and obtaining professional logs of each one to ensure timely completion and to meet the contract, budget and deadline.

Following up with the local municipalities to obtain work permits, inspection requests, and site work approvals to ensure proper implementation of the procedures and codes to eventually obtain a final Certificate of Occupancy.
