Hold every trainer accountable to using our teams pitch and evaluate everyone daily.

Get Leo and Nhlanhla to start doing guy performance with me every evening. So as to know what to do with their guys in the morning.
Have more fun in atmosphere so as to show Kananelo and Bongani not to run their teams through emotions. Myself included.

Being the top trainer in my team and leading from the front on sales and recruitment. Starting to be consistent at it again which is exciting.
What Didn’t Work.
Morning conversations and impacts as we don’t have new business partners that are consistent in sales and still had a lot of trainers not qualifying.
Not being consistent at applying the cycle of development impact in the next 4 weeks. Still losing guys unnecessarily.
