Field Inspection/Construction Administration

Evaluated MEP aspects of several facilities as part of Phase I environmental assessments. Inspected residential properties during reconstruction (post hurricane Sandy). Represented Whitman at site construction meetings and managed responses to RFI’s

• NYC Build it Back Housing Repair- Performed weekly site evaluation of single and mulitfamily dwelling repairs in Queens and Brooklyn. Developed some cost estimates to verify contractor submitted costs.

Commissioning Agent

Created commissioning documents (Pre-functional Checks and Functional Performance Tests) for heating, cooling and other systems retrofit into existing healthcare and chemical research facilities to save energy. Executed the field completion of these documents and wrote appropriate reports.
