Verifying child parts as per sampling plan IS : 2500

Layout Inspection as per ballooning diagram

Verifying material testing report as per quality plan

After verifying material proceeds to ERP system management for material quality pass.

For testing chemical & mechanical property of material through laboratory(i.e. NABL approved)

Conducting test for testing ash content % in hoses

Conducting Millipore test for all tubes

Manage progress plan with low-performance suppliers, in the development phase

Maintaining data of worker performance & equipment for management evaluation

Manages quality conformity of supplier via active monitoring of the supplier performance & driving the incident and complaint resolution.

Manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations, in the development phase.

Assist supplier quality manager with supplier improvement process and development activities.

Set performance improvement goals with problem/targeted suppliers and work with them to ensure improvement goals are met.

Participates in the Development of Suppliers by means of Training, Consulting and providing Suggestions to improve their Performance.

Monitoring supplier PPM and work out to minimize PPM level.
