Project Name :- PLANNING, ANALYSIS, DESIGN OF G+2 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Description :- In the present scenario every human is in a need of residential building in a comfort way for living. We are proposing a residential building to meet the requirements of the needy.In this project we take up analysis, design and estimation of a G+2 building for residential purpose. The building is proposed in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh state. The building consists of G+2 house with roof top swimming pool and parking area. It consists of Living room, 5 bedrooms, with individual toilets. The building planning, design and estimation is done manually and analysis of the building is done using Staad pro as per the IS codes. The built up area of building is of 3900 sq.ft. approximately and the cost estimation of the plinth area is to be Rs 2200 per sq.ft.
