Project Name – AIG Synergy

Client – American International Group - AIG

Duration – Feb 2019 to Nov 2019

Description -

One Claim project is aimed at developing an application for ‘AIG’ which will be one single application across the globe customizable for different countries to process the claims for AIG. It is aimed at processing the claims for Commercial and Auto business. LOB specific and country specific code will be built on top of the project is beneficiary for AIG in terms of revenue and maintenance aspect. AIG will be saving approximately 3 billion once the project is implemented.

AIG Synergy is aimed to provide support for One Claim applications for which one claim has been rolled out in production in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific regions. Currently we support for North America region. One Claim project is aimed at providing an application for ‘AIG’ which will be one single application across the globe customizable for different countries to process the claims for AIG. LOB specific and country specific code will be built on top of Framework.

Key responsibilities -

• Resolving high priority production issues and maintaining SLA’s.

• Providing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for complex non reproduceable issues

• Bug Fixing and Issue Tracking for issues in production environment for NAM region.

Description -

This is a PRPC Pega upgrade project in which we upgraded the OSO application from PRPC 5.5 to PRPC 7.1. OSO

(Online Sales Onboarding), is the online application to apply for different products like credit cards / Checking or savings accounts / simply save offered by TD bank. This application is also responsible to take care of all backend processing like account number generation, funding techniques for all accounts. Key responsibilities -

• Build new User interface rules for Back Office application for TD Bank

• Coordinating with Onsite for the execution of the Project deliverables.

• Involved in production release and live validation with business teams during go-live and Postproduction support.

• Analysing potential Risks and devising a mitigation plan

• Involved in Identifying/Updating Deprecated Controls as the project upgraded from PRPC 5.5 to 7.1
