Duties and Responsibility for Quality and NDT Inspection:

Able to perfom visual inspection & dimensional inspection.

Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection.

Having knowledge in reading the Material Test Certificate.

Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.

Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.

Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management.

Responsible for ensuring that the equipments used for testing are all functioning to its maximum and according to safety regulations.

Interpret or evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, specifications or procedures.

Document non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, processes or results.

Executing the tests using the procedures and methods to determine maximum quality of the product.

Able to follow instructions given by the Senior Engineer.

Can Perform specialized inspections.

Responsible for inspecting duties, organizes and generates reports pertaining to inspection and evaluation.

Responsible for prioritizing job orders in terms of its cost and effectiveness.

Carry-out Column, Bellow Inspection of surface Preparation & Painting works.

Conducting daily audit on shop floor and report the results to immediate authority.

Study of client’s specification and developing technical procedures according to the standards and requirements specified, attending the pre-job conference and the periodical meetings.

Preparing of Dimension Reports for all stages of a project.

Carrying out inspection as per drawings/customer specifications/standards in all stages of a project (From raw material to dispatch).

Offering inspection to customer for various stages as per QAP.

Communicating customers in case any deviation/clarification in any of the stages of a project.

Preparing inspection reports for all the stages of a product as per QAP and forward the same to customer.
