Around 15 years of overall experience, in the field of Quantity Surveying / Estimation / Procurement (subcontract packages) works, Construction of Residential, Universities, Hospitals, Mixed use development Project’s executed by well-known Companies.

Presently associated with:

HBK Contracting WLL Qatar, working as Civil Senior Project Quantity Surveyor (Qatar MMUP/UPDA Certified Engineer).

Working Since: - Main Contractor from June 2013 to till date.

2) Project: Ras Abu Aboud Stadium and Precinct Project (Structural Steel work)

Client: Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (Mar-20 to till date)

Total Project Value: 1.14 Billion QAR (40,000 seats stadium).

1) Project: Msheireb Properties Down Town Doha (Phase-3)

Working Since: - Obayashi – HBK (JV), Main Contractor side from June 2013 to Feb-20.

Total Project Value: 2.95 Billion QAR (Project Partially Handed over & Commercial Subcontractors Final account stage).

Project details: 15 blocks (varies 4 -22 stories) and 4 Basements, Overall built-up areas 149,506 Sqm.

Basement area 160,270 Sqm (8,920 Car parking space)

Cost of the project: INR. 4,063 million.

VAL Plant building, Admin building, workers facility, Fire station, first aid, training center, Loading office, security building (Overall 0.85 million sft built-up area).

Job responsibilities

Preparation of Bill of Quantities on design and construct contract in lump-sum price as per SP 27 and IS 1200.

Preparation of Variation & Certification from Consultant.

Preparation of Monthly Valuation & Certification from consultant.

Preparation of Monthly Invoice’s of Sub-Contractor’s.

Rate analysis.

Preparation of Budget, monitoring activities as per budget.

Preparation of SRQ’s and Reconciliation of Materials

Preparation of manpower schedule, as reference for total workforce required to complete the project and to minimize labour cost.
