JOB PROFILE
Ensure that all construction activities are performed according to approved design, standard, and specification.
Overall responsibility of construction material approval for the project.
Checking the site activities and providing necessary reminder to the contractor through field memo, NCR and advice of defect.
Ensure that all materials are installed according to approved specifications and approved samples.
Ensure that all on-going construction works in full compliance with the Safety and Engineering Standard.
Ensure that all equipment and appliances are installed according to approved specification and samples.
Day to day resolve technical issues on site and responsible for execution of engineering activities related to the project within stipulated period of time.
Evaluation of work progress and ensuring that the work is executed correctly and verifying the monthly submitted bills.
Ensure carried out works on site as per method of statement and as per approved shop drawings.
Execution of pilling work, structural work, block work,, Tile, Marble & Granite work, Joinery work, painting works and infrastructure / landscaping works like installation of pipeline backfilling, compaction as per approved shop drawings and specification.
Responsible for clarification if any discrepancy in structural and architectural drawing along with the technical team.
To monitor sub-contractor work on ways to improve the progress and quality.
Responsible for all aspects to quality control are planned, resourced, performed, controlled, managed, and documented for a specific group of towers.
To monitor the erection and alignment of pre-cast panels.
Co-ordination with senior construction manager, consultant, safety department, logistics, and subcontractors.
Updating technical team to get required material approved by consultant prior to procurement.
Responsible to get approval from consultant for inspection request and the test report.
Closing the NCR’s raised by the Consultant.
Assisting the Sr. QA/QC manager in Preparation of Inspection and test plan, method statement and Project Quality Plan for the Project.
Preparation of checklist, concrete pours cards and supervision of compaction test.
Making all necessary arrangement for performing jobs like order for required material equipment and labor to work done within the work schedule time.
Calculating quantities of work done and checking bills submitted by subcontractors.
To check workmanship giving necessary instruction and solving different problems during the work.
Prevent the installation of any damaged, defective equipment and structure.
Coordinate with project management team for any issue and concerns.
Perform daily site visit to appraise quality control standard and to ensure that these works are properly constructed.
Ensure that all construction activities are performed according to approved design, standard and specification
Ensure that all on-going construction works in full compliance with the International Safety and Engineering Standard Responsible for execution of all engineering activities related to the project.
Monitoring and supervision must cover facilities, underground utilities and all external work
