I manage the kitchen. I greet, clean, stock, prepare food, etc. My job is to make sure that our kitchen is getting the right amount of food and product for our store to run smoothly throughout the week, by taking order of everything we have in the kitchen and putting down what we need. I make sure that every kitchen employee is doing their job correctly and well. I do a lot more work as a manager to also keep our store running smoothly, like completing books and making sure they are efficient for our store manager. I also unload the store truck and stock the store. I take calls from customers and other responsibilities like taking calls from other managers or other stores. There's many things and more that I am required to do once a day.
