● Norkom alert process is basically a website in which if name and other details of an individual is provided, it will provide the details of that individual .In case if he had done any financial crime or any other criminal activities. This information will be triggered as alert on the Norkom website.

● Finding a match: the alert triggered in the Norkom website is based on only Name of that customer. So for a single name there will be many alerts. For example a 200 alerts may be triggered for a name. From which I have to identify if there are any matches with my customer comparing the information provided in the alert page and my customer database.
