Was also involved in Punch list preparation, format checking, water flushing, P&ID reviews and line walking.

Client – Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemical Ltd

Project – Shutdown of Process units (Phase 3 -HGU,SRU,DHDTU,ARU and SWS) Under – Operation Analysis Department

Responsibilities

P&ID review and line walking.

Pre-Cleaning and Post-Cleaning inspection of Heat exchangers.

Pre-Cleaning, Post-Cleaning inspection and internal inspection of Vessels, Columns, Reactors etc.

Inspection of fin fan coolers.

Catalyst Loading and Unloading of Reactors.

Review and correction of P&ID after line modification Project – To Carry Out Steam Loss Survey In All Process Units of MRPL Refinery. Under – Technical Services Department (ENCON dept.) Responsibilities

Estimation and Calculation of Steam Loss through Malfunctioning Traps, Pipefittings, Bypass valves and steam Rings of Process units and as well as utilities according to Centre for High technology. Under – Production and planning department
