Roles & Responsibilities :-

Resolving daily issues and supporting the team members. Responsible for fault finding.

Disassemble/reassemble mobile phone board and component levels. Diagnose the defective phones and identify root cause of the problem. Experienced in Rework of components placed in PWBA. Experienced in soldering Mobile components using Hot gun and blower to place small chip for good quality of mobile. Examine the mobiles phones to identify the cause of trouble. Provide the Quality mobile to candidates with cost estimate and a tentative date to conclude the repair work. Mend the defects and replace the broken/used up parts and recheck the performance of the mobile phones. Ensure the components such as sim cards, data cards and memory cards suit the model. Make certain different software downloaded on the cell phones are compatible with it. Involving in 5-S activities.
