I obtained training and relevant academic education through ongoing professional development programs through employment with accounting firms. I am computer literate, bilingual and have an excellent command of the English language both written and oral. I was mentored by the late Honourable Senator Harry Wm. Hays providing me with the opportunity to actively participate in the ongoing legal and political processes required to repatriate the Canadian Constitution and the implementation of succeeding legislation amending discriminatory provisions in federal and provincial statutes, administrative regulations and policies.

I have maintained a small home-based public accounting practice and have been employed, from time to time, by large public accounting firms including but not limited to Thorne, Ernst & Whinney, Touche Ross, Price Waterhouse and Dunwoody & Co. I am able to prepare financial statements and income tax returns, business plans, cash flow projections, Section 85 rollovers and other financial documents applying appropriate investigative procedures and issuing clear and concise reports. I am familiar with the IFRS and Sharia-compliant financing, offshore banking and corporate financial structures and I have a good understanding of accounting for crypto-currencies and nano-payments.
The capacity as auditor has required me to review relevant statutes and administrative regulations and, using facts and evidence discovered through the research and investigative process make informed decisions relative to the reporting and compliance processes.
I have acquired the professional skills and practical techniques to detect and prevent fraud, investigate fraud and economic loss quantification, provide expert witness testimony in criminal investigations.
I am able to prepare and file court documents for criminal and civil action in provincial and federal court including but not limited to notices of a constitutional question, motions for leave to appeal, statements of claim, memorandum of facts, written representations, book of authorities and affidavits of evidence.
