Costing of the tour products: To create offer with compact & competitive costing for FIT & GIT keeping product/cost in line with commercial goal.

Negotiation with suppliers/vendors: Supplier management keeping in mind their best offering and services for a yearly goal and specifically for each product of its own kind.

MICE Management for small group sizes: It starts from understanding the need and visualizing the best product to offer a good experience for our guests that involves on back end processing, on ground handling and creating the wow factor for them.

Manage complete Outbound Operations and Staff Management: Manage people and mentor them achieve the common goal of the organization. It also encompasses sharing expertise, knowledge related to tour operation, product designing, creative & required skills
