Transportation Operations Generalist
●Automated 23.5 hours/week (10.6%) of all operations staff’s workflow. Automated processes included payroll, employee recertification and testing, and report generations. Created a dynamic modularized system that can easily be altered, replaced, and maintained by future users through R, ODBC, SQL, Javascript, and Google Apps Script.
●Built, deployed and managed an app used by over 50 employees daily. Automated all vehicle maintenance reports and human analysis of over 1,600 data points per day, resulting in elimination of routine delays of up to a month.
●Created, deployed, and maintained a full-stack development to link a SQL database to Google Suite using R in a FIPPs and HIPAA compliant manner to display live location, payroll, and geographic information on an HTML Map used to manage 50+ routes at once.
●Created and maintained a full-stack automation system used by the Billing Department to generate needed invoices for billing records, replacing the manual billing method which required two hours per bill.
●Designed and built a live profitability tracker used by c-suite management to measure operational efficiency, income, and profit margins on a day-to-day basis using SQL, Google Apps Script, Google Maps API, and Google Sheets.
●Generated all KPI’s such as On-Time Performance, trips per hour, etc as needed by management, including demand sensing, capacity measurements and predictive modeling.
●Presided over all IT provisioning, soft and hard technical support, and training for over 10 office staff and 50 mobile tablet users.
●Oversaw contractual rate negotiations, work acceptance or rejection, and operations for a $90,000/month contract.
●Served as Head Scheduler, responsible for daily routing and scheduling of 50+ routes in non-emergency medical transportation, schoolbuses (7D), and Black Car work.
