When coming to my Experience I have worked in 20MW co-generation power plant after my completion of B-Tech from Aug 2013 to Aug 2015. Then i qualified in GATE-2015 and completed M-tech from Sep2015 to Aug2017. After completion of it I got an offer as a Junior engineer electrical in 31.5MW co-generation power plant from Sep2017 to Dec2017. Present i am working in Design Tech systems pvt ltd from Jan2018.

N.C.S Sugars Ltd, Latchayyapeta, Bobbili.

Position : Graduate Engineer Trainee Electrical, Junior Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY’S & PROWESS

To do services and trainings on Drives, Switch gears and Process instruments.

Assembling, Troubleshooting and Dismantling of all Siemens Low voltage Switch gears such as Contactors(3RT), OLR’s both thermal and microprocessor based(3RU & 3RB), MCB(5SL), RCBO, MPCB (3RV), MCCB(3VL), HRC Fuses, ACB’s(3WT & 3VL).

Working with Soft starters 3RW30, 3RW40, 3RW44.

Also experience on both PAC 3200 and PAC 4200 with communication to power config software.

Mainly my observation is on ACB’s [(3WT & 3VL) i can understand Characteristic curves of the ETU’s and I can do different maintenance, All Locking and Sealing Devices], Siemens G120 Drive, Dc master 6RA80 Drive.

To do drive commissioning & check the drives temperature and parameters and detect the evidence of operating problems.

To synchronize generator to grid when turbine trips or grid fails.(in previous job)

To observe Motors, transformers and their protection in Motor control center (MCC) and Power control centers and also the attendance and working nature of the employees. (in previous job)

My observation is on Siemens micro master 440, Vacon drives and Schneider Altivar 61. (in previous job)
