UG Project : IMAGE PROCESSING METHODOLOGIES TO DETECT PEST IN VEGETATION

The project focuses on detecting the pest infected leaves in crops and comparing different techniques in segmenting an infected leaf image. The infected leaf images are given to the software and the software segments the pest. This is an easy method in which the software is setup with some image processing techniques like Image segmentation, thresholding, filtering and binarization .Then the infected leaf image is fed to the software and the infected region is segmented.
