Main Duties are as follows :-

•Dispatch orders for all branches stock request/purchase order copy upon delivery.Sapaad system approval prior

•Receive deliveries from Suppliers and cross checking them from printed lpo against Supplier invoice. Receiving the stocks with correct quantity, price and quality. Stamping the invoice with my name and signature.

•Check daily basis stock level

•Stock on hand counting and updating the par level form

•Sending lpos to Suppliers

•Receiving stock request or pos from stores and checks, reviews and print and coordinate with the production team on all the orders

•Receive produced sub recipes from production with product label on it and storing in the chiller or freezer

•Receive po from suppliers in Sappad

•Follow up with Suppliers on any pending orders, discrepancies

•Coordinate about stocks that are purchased from supplier

•Double check on expiry

•Ensuring par level is maintained at all times.

•Ensuring all vegetables received are standard and of good maintained

•stock requests(manual form)from Central kitchen production team,review,approve and make sure stocks will be handed over next day

•Managing drivers

•Organizing Cyclic and Stock takes

•Explaining variances shortages or Excesses

•Ensuring that stocks are prepared every day before I leave for next day delivery.
