Performed responsibilities of Requisition Engineering involve complete Panel design for Bently 3500 systems which includes a package of Mechanical Layout, 3500 system Rack Layout, Panel Internal signal, Relay, control & Power calculations/Wiring schematics and Network Architecture of the Enclosure.
Carried out detailed analysis and selection of panels with NEMA (like NEMA 12, 4, 4X) and IP ratings (like IP54, IP66) depending on the location of enclosure installation (like Indoor/Outdoor, standalone/wall mount); Hazardous area located (Class I Div 2) industrial panel will be Z purged and will have ATEX, IEC Ex certifications; Seismic zone classifications as per requirements.
Analyzed Enclosure and panel components to meet region specific compliance and standards satisfied like CSA - Canadian standard, UL – USA, CE - European Union (EU).
Evaluated components to satisfy RoHS requirements for installation in Hazardous zones meeting standard like AS/NZS 60079.20:2000.
