Responsibilities;
Responsible to the Project Managers and Corporate HSE Manager for the Health, Safety and Environmental liaison to ensure a proactive working relationship between Client and Engineer.
Devise, develop and implement HSE Policy.
Develop and monitor project HSE Plans and HSE Procedures.
Set HSE performance targets for the project and assist the application of the Self Assessment Tool.
Assist Corporate HSE Manager in arranging input for the monthly Company HSE Steering Committee, Zero Accident Team (ZAT), and weekly Internal HSE Meetings.
