Inspected hundreds of office and retail properties in Manhattan including dozens of the Trophy assets
Analysis completed of leases, rent rolls, income statements, tax returns, offering memorandums, purchase and sale agreements, financial statements, P&Ls, rent rolls, stacking plans, Argus DCF and Argus Enterprise files
