Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams.
Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the HR Business Partner in conducting necessary investigations.
Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs and Implement these programs in support of Business.
