Thesis Work: Designing a talent management model for retaining employees in global engineering firms.

Abstract: The objective of the thesis work is to propose a model by using meta-analysis methodology for retaining a talented employee who all are leaving their jobs because of diversity issues in global engineering organizations.

Completed Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University (K. Ramakrishna College of Engineering), India with grade average of 6.78 on 10-point scale.

Abstract: The work which is aimed to optimize the energy consumption required for the automobile. In this work, a turbine is installed at exhaust, so that gas is passed through the turbine and the Mechanical energy is converted to Electric energy and sent to the Battery of the Automobile.
