Serving as an internal Human Resource partner with respective Business groups on all recruiting-related activities.

Recruiting talents for various Technical job families catering mainly to Healthcare unit.

Sourcing through different channels including job Portals, Database and Referrals.

Primary responsibilities include Vendor Management, interviewing/assessment, client management and sourcing.

Serve as a consultant to business, assisting on both strategic and tactical level by possessing strong understanding of client needs and hiring conditions external and internal.
