Team of 10 members Responsible for testing data migration of financial instruments from in-house system to Oracle Financial Lease and Loan application on the Cloud. Create batch migration test strategy including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details. Develop best practices, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities and manage cross-program data assurance for physical data items in source and target systems. Worked in coordination with Technical architect to identify source data issues, process gaps and requirement shortfalls.

Key Achievements:

Enabled migration of 36+ million financial instruments impacting 13 billion dollars, in less than 7 months.

Expanding Automation presence for massive “source to target” migrations consisting of 400+ data mapping, fields achieving 80% automation in regression, and over 20% in progression and new functionalities testing resulting in 30% reduction in execution time per cycle run.
