Job Role and Responsibilities

Travel Related: -

Helping out the employees by giving them economical routes and cheapest fare by best airline.

Manage the 12 member travel team and get the work on time with the best fare and itinerary.

Well versed in processing/applying Visas, renewal of passports, emigration & other related services

Assist clients in arranging hotel accommodation and transport pick up especially during their international trips.

Initiate the travel centralization process (City Wise) in allover India.

Active Member of Cost control Management advisory committee.

Roll out the bench mark fares for every quarter. It is help full to get the better deal and price from the airline.

Helping out clients in organizing off-site meetings / seminars & get-togethers

Knowledge of operating Galileo & Amadeus for Issuing tickets both manual and automated.

Counseling with employees and solving their travel related issues.

Tracking & control of bills for the tickets issued and prepare final statement to accounts for settlement in a detailed manner (i.e.) MIS Report.

Coordinating with travel agents for overseas travel, arranging Forex, obtaining Overseas Mediclaim formalities & maintenance.

Help for foreign nationals to register, extension of visa and other External affairs related jobs.

Updating my superior on the travel related information by sending “Weekly Report” General Admin related:-

As part of general maintenance I have been handling the facilities which have around 500 employees. Being Coordinating this facilities and responsible for handling all activities like, Front office, Office Assistants, House Keeping, Security, Vendor, Dispatch, Office equipments, Communication, Xerox, Fax, Printing and stationery etc,.

Taking care of Hotel accommodation, Cab, Welcome & Meeting arrangements, mementos, Weekend outings & dinner.

Have been handling logical security access for total facility. Responsible for issuance of access cards, activation, deactivation, stock maintenance and status report. Ensuring that the facility is not vulnerable by ensuring that access systems functions properly. Co-ordinating with AMS team for software / connectivity related problems.

Have been handling Perimeter Security, Visitor Management, Evacuation Drill, Roll call, Security Audit - effectively taking care of overall security measures and undergone numerous audits successfully. Also handling Material Movement and ensured that process are followed for material in/out and ensuring proper tracking of material on weekly basis.

Enhancing the employees comfort level. Responsible for Cafeteria / dining Services like catering, Refreshments etc, ensure good quality food, snacks, juices on time every time. Monitoring the quality of cafeteria services and immediate attention to employee's problems. Co-ordinating Project Team outing, GYM, Indoor Games, Birthday celebrations Intra/ External Tournament, Help line / Emergency Services. Conducted service camps like blood donation, eye screening camp etc.

Coordination with intra dept and Project team on need basis, Seating Updation, Monthly Expenses, Vendor coordination, raising capex for vendor bills and checking/ clearance etc,. Apart from this was also handling fixed asset management, SSD Closure, Coordination with Finance and accounts team for STP material movements. Effective data maintained, provided the details on monthly basis for consolidation and was able to meet out the requirement on all time.
