Project 3 Details : VASAVI INFRACON LLP, CONSISTING 18 TOWERS WITH G-3,15 FLOORS COMPRISING 3500 UNITS@BACHUPALLY, (HYD).

Responsibilities:

1.RCC framed structure to withstand wind and Seismic loads.

2.Fire hydrant and fire sprinkler system in all floors and basements

3.It has 18 towers with G-3, 15 floors Residential Apartments with Club house, sports ground, children’s park, library, aerobics and meditation hall, Car parking, ATM, Pharmacy etc..

4.STP water proofing system for raft slab & wall

5.Each floor has a 13Flats, Each Flat have 3Bed rooms with 2attached&1 Common Toilets, Balcony with fully Marble, Tiles Flooring.

6.Interior features with Modular furniture, Alu trac ceiling, Gypsum & AMF panel for false ceiling, Joineries Fully Glazed Frameless Doors and Flooring Ceramic tile & Granite.

7. Fixing of pylon & recur columns as per required level & drawings.

11. Taking of RLs and levels @ IPS flooring and Moat seating steps as per

Drawings.

12. Calculate the quantities as per drawings and material requirement.

13. Preparation of stitching slab with welded mesh @ moat area steps.

14. Checking & Marking of PCC & Grade Slab as per drawings.
