PROJECTS:
Design & Development of Battery Power Pack for EVs
[GROUP LEADER FINAL YEAR PROJECT]
The Lithium ion battery pack is made up of 143 cells in 11s 13 p configuration & having capacity of 22Ah & 48V. We mainly focus on three domains: Electrical Circuits of battery. Thermal Management System of battery & Structural Analysis of battery. Other Projects:
• To design & simulate leaf spring in Solidworks and perform design calculations.
• To investigate & develop correlation between size of radiator & engine displacement.
• To determine the cooling load of the passenger compartment of 800cc car.
• Design & optimization of an assembly line.
