Preparation of detailed Drawing for Manufacturing and Assembly.

Make drawings of machining part with modification in existing design for cost reduction.

Team member in Process design, Process flow diagram, control plan, PFMEA, Mfg. Layout preparation, and CFT (Cross Functional Team).

For NPD

To study drawing and to assist engineering process plan activity.

Understand the requirements and plan the work accordingly, ensuring on time delivery with maximum quality and optimized efficiency.

Proto parts development and customer samples submission as per time plan.

To carry out all machining trails, new tools, new fixtures.

Responsible for tool cost reduction, tool localization and cycle time improvement.

For Force Motor:

Design and implementation of new manufacturing line.

To design and develop the machining fixtures in accordance with existing line change over.

To prepare complete new assembly stations from subassemblies to end line testing.

To design the Twin component Fixtures for hard milling process with routing of hydraulic rotary table.

External customer complaint - Banjo hole thread damage eliminated UPCR pump housing machining by changing of process sequence.

Capacity improvement from 320 no’s/day to 700 no’s/day project in UPCR line using single piece flow concept.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
