JOB PROFILE

Being an intermediate of the plant, make execute all the field activity with the Standard SOPs and SMPs.

Constantly monitor process parameter with corrective actions.

Coordinate all the service depts. to the plant operation running smoothly.

Monitoring batch-wise consumption ratio of the chemicals as well as solvent standard norms.

Day to day production activities in shift, man power handling, maintenance shop floor, activities of workers of workers, production planning.

Operation of the unit as per SOP to meet downstream requirements & agreed ISO product specifications & optimizing operation

Loop checking during shut down, commissioning and start up

Preparation of equipment which handover for maintenance and co-ordination with mechanical dept.

Strict follow up of the safety and environmental rules.

Strict control of unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.

Hazard identification and risk assessment before the job. MENDETORY TRAINING UNDERGONE WITH RIL

NJTP (New joiner training program for 35 days.

Awareness of preparing vessels for vessel entry / maintenance.

One-day work permit workshop, awareness of cold, hot and confine space permit system.

I have also undergone training on Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) of various chemicals.

SAFETY
