Operations Process Improvement: Developed new standard operating procedures by modifying turn-over procedures for 20 surgical suites. This effort led to reconfiguration to increase efficiency and decreased surgical turn-over by 70%. This new process created a savings of nearly $100K in man-hours and operations cost. At Naval Medical Center San Diego Physical Evaluation Board Coordinator, I process over 2,500 service members PEB cases, improved the overall program efficiency, and received stellar remarks on all healthcare inspections, including The Joint Commission. Standardize, implemented, oversaw the creation of the organization's first digital training platform for Healthcare executives.

Physician Relations: Directed daily operations for 100 member medical staff in support of 60 physicians and residents across 18 specialty clinics at National Military Medical Center Bethesda, resulting in the 10% appointment increase for 150K patients annually and implemented SCRUM sessions to improve continuity and trajectory on all Surgical and Clinical projects. Streamlined communications between the Physician and Scientists on Research and Development trials/projects by implementing real dashboard and daily SCRUMS.

Change Management: Championed new implementation of EHR (Electronic Health Records system) for 5000 personnel at NNMC. Created strategies for Just-In-Time Training Program for 7,500 sailors entering surgical specialties. Leads the IO&T facilities planning and managed active Research & Development projects and operations among Key Activity Teams, working groups, contractors, ensuring that all aspects of the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases are appropriately addressed and managed under a comprehensive, integrated, and cohesive project planning and execution structure for the Fort Detrick Health Facility Project Office (HFPO).
