a) Daily Inward, Outward Material Records maintain with Inward, Outward Stock Register. b) To unload the material received and Stacking/Store in a safe and proper place for a better material management while making receipts & issues organizing. c) Making of GRN Report (Goods Receipts Note), Finalization of GRN for payments. d) Responsible for ensuring that all materials with required minimum levels are monitored material (Spares, Diesel/Oil & Lubricant, Welding Item, Tools, Stationery, Steel & Safety Item, Hardware Materials, Assets, Electricals Item, Furniture, Plumbing Item and well maintained and follows up with Purchasing on timely acquisition to maintain stock level, Regular interface with Buyer/Purchasing regarding ordered items/materials. Responsible for the timely reporting / submission of reports, i.e. expended materials, periodic inventory, materials ordered not delivered, etc.
