Payroll & General Administration:

Handling all Provision related to Payroll, Gratuity, Bonus, Leave Encashment, LTA & Medical, Mediclaim, Group Personal Insurance & Income Tax etc.

Calculate the LOP according to their leave status

Calculate and maintain deductions As per Statutory acts ESI, PF, PT, TDS, and loans.

Developing and maintaining documentation, pay-slips & controls for all payroll related activities and attaining approvals on consolidated salary advice

Responsible for Maintaining Transport Facilities, Canteen and general admin works.

Performance Management

The appraisal system acts as the main formal feedback channel to the employees in every 12 months, though managers do informal feedback more frequently. HR collects all the formal appraisal data maintains the performance history of every individual.

Handling appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance system linked to reward management.

Team performance reviews with feedback details are shared with the team members with the development plan and goals for the next calendar year.
