Electrosteel Steels Limited (ESL), as associate Company of Electrosteel Group, pioneer in DI Pipe market is setting up a 2.2 Million Ton Per Annum (MTPA) Greenfield Integrated Steel & DI Pipe Plant to produce 1.2 MTPA long product of steel, 0.27 MTPA commercial billet, 0.4 MTPA pig iron & 0.33 MTPA Ductile Iron Pipe. The proposed plant will be based on Coke Oven, Sinter Plant, Pellet Plant, Blast Furnace, Basic Oxygen Furnace, Billet Caster, Wire Rod Mill, Bar Mill and Power Plant.
Job Profile
Working on techniques like TPM, LFF, FMEA, 5S, ISO documentation with exposure to capacity utilisation and resource optimisation.
Maintaining healthy power distribution from all available sources. DG regular inspection and maintenance.
UPS installation in HT control and for LT control room backup, regular inspection and maintenance, with Battery bank(Nickel-Cadmium)
Study, Development & Modification of Single Line Diagram (SLD).
Hand on Knowledge of LV/MV Electrical Power Distribution Systems.
Completion of given task within the stipulated period.
Inspection of plant equipment health and to suggest changes to improve performance.
My responsibility:
Following the techniques like TPM, LFF, FMEA, 5S, ISO documentation with exposure to capacity utilisation and resource optimisation.
SAP PM Module implementation and inventory of materials through SAP.
Manage all electrical maintenance and modifications.
Proper documentation for all individual area of working like preventive maintenance report, breakdown report, scheduling maintenance, delay report, check lists, inspection reports, and man power scheduling etc.
Planning of Preventive Maintenance Schedules (creative action & preventive action).
Inspection of failure, learning from failure and failure report preparation.
Discussing and solving the complex problem with seniors, manufacturing department, sub contractors, suppliers and customers.
Making all maintenance report and reduce the fault.
Trouble Shooting and Resolving Break Down problems.
Planning of Preventive Maintenance Schedules (creative action and preventive action).
Making a daily Break down report/motor history report/transformer report.
Making a daily Energy meter record and maintained maximum demand/power factor.
Academic Qualifcation
B.Tech. in 2005-2008 from T.P College of Engineering & Technology, Bobbili (Hyderabad JNTU) with Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 61% in 2008.
Diploma with EEE from Thandra Paparaya College Bobbili (S.B.T.E.T. Vizianagaram) with 64% in 2004.
Matriculation from High School Pedagantyada (VVV, Visakhapatnam) with 67% in 2001.
