TITLE: EXPERIMENTAL AND ANALYSIS OF FRICTION
DRILLING
OBJECTIVE: The objective of this project is to fabricate and manufacture the friction drilling tool according to DOE (Design of Experiments) and analysis is performed in explicit dynamics module in ansys .
DESCRIPTION: The tool is manufactured with the HSS material and aluminium work piece. The holes are drilled using vertical milling machine with different parameters like feed, speed. These same parameters are used in Explicit dynamics module to analyse the behaviour of tool and work piece at same parameters using ansys.
MINI PROJECT
TITLE: GEARLESS TRANSMISSION SYSTEM USING ELBOW
MECHANISM
DESCRIPTION: We use mounts to mount a DC motor with shaft coupled to it. We then use 6 rods to link driver shaft with the driven. The motor is powered by 12v battery
MECHANISM: This Mechanism is an efficient design gearless transmission technique and the kinematic system that allows for efficient power/motion transmission at required angle it allows the motion transmission from 90 to 180 degrees
