Manage staffing issues, ensure that staff make prior arrangement before taking unplanned leave, when there is shortage first ask for assistance in other wards or book overtime.
Discourage staff from staying away from work to prevent staff shortages which results in increased workload.
Make use of borrowing book for stock and equipment given to other wards. Checking of emergency stock and replenishing all used items. Performing the following duties
