PROJECT:

MINI PROJECT: SEMI AUTOMATIC WORK HOLDING DEVICE.

The project aims at fabricating a vice which can hold upto 4 work pieces at a time, in conventional vice we can place only one work piece at a time for unloading and loading it consumes time hence we have assisted it with motor which when switched on moves the movable jaw forward and reverse helps for loading and unloading the work pieces.

MAIN PROJECT: FOUR WHEELED MOTORIZED VEHICLE.

The project abstract is to replace the engine which is sourced by fuels with a 2kw motor which is powered by a 48V battery which is provided with plug in charging facility. A controller is used to regulate the speed of the motor which is done with the help of the foot throttle. The vehicle has a top speed of35Km/hr.

INTERNSHIP & WORKSHOP:

I have completed the training course on Transport Vehicle Familiarization and Road Safety, Namakkal.

I have participated in One Day Workshop on “Mini-Bike Design And Fabrication Techniques”[MFT-2K16] conducted by Karpagam College Of Engineering and Also I have participated in Two Days Workshop on “Photovoltaic System Designing and Technology” conducted by National Institute of Renewable Energy Technology.
