Duties and Responsibilities:

To be the overall in-charge of all aspects relating to quality from the beginning of the Project till the final handing over stage to the customer, ensuring the 100% quality of the activity.

To have each copy of BOQ, WO and PO in order to understand the scope of work and material specifications.

Accountable for conformity to the GFC drawings in all activities.

Trial mix preparation of required concrete grade and obtaining necessary approval, before pour.

Preparation of snag list on day to day basis, if any occurring and circulating the same to concerned contractors& engineers. Correction and Corrective Action for such snags identified taken to be ensured. Work in Progress Quality Audit to be in line with the already circulated Snag List.

These snags provided needs to be evaluated against the already cleared checklists by the engineers, before initiation of the works.

Finding out the requirements of the updating of the checklists w.r.t the snags.

Close monitoring on the curing activities.

Monitoring and up keeping of records on customization

Maintain the records, which is relating to quality of materials that are procured having deviation. And prevent usage of the same for the project.

To be accountable & responsible for maintenance of all records pertaining to quality aspects.

To assist Manager, Customer Care Pre & Post Handing Over, while handing over the Flat / villa/raw house to the customer

To obtain & keep a record of all Test Certificates & Calibration Certificates for all Materials, Installations & Machinery / Equipment s used in the Project. Calibration Certificate to be obtained for all testing gauges.

Weekly reports to HO as required and guided.

Obtaining the customization details and ensuring the incorporation in process itself.

Assist the Head-Technical & QA/QC (HO) in implementing, monitoring and improving the procedures described in QMS.

Establish Good Practice Training Schedule and arrange & conduct QA awareness & Good Practice Training.

Conduct briefing to site staff on quality procedures/Work instructions related to their scope of works.

Prepare report & submit to Head-QA/QC for review on every week.

Prepare QA/QC observations & propose corrective & preventive action in conjunction with Project Manager & relevant site staff.

Collect all data required for the report material delivery, test reports etc.

Check Request for work inspection raised for the reporting period.

Follow-up on Defective Goods / Work Reports / Sub Contractor Violation / Internal Corrective Action Report raised for the reporting period.

Monitor & Maintain equipment calibration records.

Conducted QA induction training for each & every new engineers and workers who enters the site.

Conducted Skill test for all category workers who enters the site and submit the reports to QS.
