EDUCATION
B.S. Engineering
The Pennsylvania State University, Abington & Malvern Campuses, PA May 2019 Major: Multidisciplinary Engineering Design - GPA: 3.72 Capstone: Design a medical device to provide ophthalmologists with a more accurate and simple procedure for performing certain examinations than is currently available. The goal was to produce a device for production that met market needs. A functional prototype was developed but the project could not be continued due to legal constraints.
Relevant Coursework: Circuits and Devices, Robotic Design and Applications, Engineering Systems Design, Microprocessors & Embedded Systems, Computational Modelling Methods, Technical Writing, and Engineering C++

JBT Corporation, Automated Systems, Chalfont, PA August 2018 – Present Systems Installation Engineer / Engineering Intern / Production Assistant
Translate functional requirements, design, and optimize road system for automated guided vehicles(AGVs). Program vehicles to customer specific tasks at plant sites. Design systems using AutoCAD and proprietary software.
Work as part of an agile team, engineered a custom design terminal capable of displaying information such as operating system and firmware of multiple style vehicles to enable quality, debugging, and troubleshooting. This allowed customers to perform remote diagnostics, and reduce onsite visits by JBT technicians and reducing time for repair.
Program and develop in machine optimized C++. Ensure the code meets compliance, safety, precision, and backwards compatibility requirements. Document code and ensure source control in Git as well as project specific drawings in Windchill PLM.
Test and debug autonomous vehicles from hardware to software issues. Troubleshoot and solve identified issues and ensure quality deployment of vehicles at customer site.
Optimize existing systems to meet customer needs. Review and analyze vehicle and system performance data. Design and implement system modifications based on data to increase throughput and quality of the AGV system.
Work with customers on system requirements that may need site modifications. Ensure the modifications are documented and communicated to the client and project management. Ensure that client is updated on a regular basis for project status. Exceeded goals with on time delivery of projects.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to efficiently perform assembly tasks. Assembled subassemblies and conversion kits for production of self-guided vehicles. Assist with various job related tasks required whenever necessary.
Southco Inc., Warminster, PA May 2018 – August 2018 Engineering Intern
Created operational method sheets for explaining processes in the manufacturing facility.
Designed fixtures and parts to assist production employees in assembly of products, welding, precise measurements, and CNC milling.
Modeled and updated parts, assemblies, and drawings in Siemens NX and Teamcenter PLM.
Created personally designed parts using CNC mills and other manufacturing equipment. Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, King of Prussia, PA May 2017 – August 2017 EST Intern in STAMPP Program (Systematic Technique, Analysis, and Management of Pennsylvania Pavement)
Surveyed data of distresses or failures for road shoulders, guiderails, and drainage systems required for determining whether they need repairs, replacement, or further inspection.
Optimized daily routes to ensure a productive and efficient amount of surveys to complete as a team.
Inspected 100% of guiderail, 95% of shoulder, and 50% of drainage surveys in Chester County, PA.
