Wipro:-

● Resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances.

● Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships. Building moral and increase productivity and retention.

● To Provide HR guidance.

● Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

● Identify training needs for teams and individuals.

● Evaluate training programs.

● Performance appraisal, retention, exit interviews etc.

Karvy:-

●Induction (Corporate induction, on boarding process)

●Grievance managements( Through skip level meeting/ floor walk/ one on one meeting)

●Employee retention

●Employee engagement( Fun activities, Birthday bash, sport & Game activities, R&R )

●To take care of employee background verification and maintain employee data
